Salmo-Trutta Enterprises offers guided fly-fishing trips 7 days a week throughout all 4 seasons. Yes, even winter stream fly-fishing in Pennsylvania can be quite productive. We emphasize that our guiding service includes instruction, so that we may provide the angler the potential to experience successful fly-fishing trips at any time throughout the season, on any water. All guides are licensed by the State of Pennsylvania.

We fish a wide variety of streams in the central and north central regions of Pennsylvania. These include, but are not limited to, some of the most productive streams in the area. The most well-known freestone streams in our area are Cedar Run, Slate Run, Big Pine Creek and Little Pine Creek. The most notable limestone-influenced streams in our area are Spring Creek, Fishing, Penns Creek and Elk Creek. These very productive “limestoners” provide the more consistent water conditions throughout the year.

All guided fly-fishing trips include lunch for the clients in our price of $210 per day for one person, $325 per day for two and $425 per day for three. The maximum guide-to-client ratio is 1-to-3. For groups larger than three persons please contact Salmo-Trutta Enterprises at least 4 weeks in advance to allow us to provide the high-quality service for which we are known.
